Delievery

We deliver to UK Mainland free of charge on all of our products. If you require deliver to Scottish Highlands, Isle’s and Off shore please note there will be increased shipping charges our shipping charges are based upon either the product(s) actual weight or the product(s) cubed weight whichever is the heaviest is used for the calculation. These prices are in accordance with what we are charged by our carriers. If you are looking to purchase multiple items, please contact us for the best price on the items and the shipping. All products are currently shipped from our warehouse in Liverpool. Deliveries will be made during office hours only. There is no weekend or after hour deliveries. We also do not deliver on public holidays.

All items are given a tracking number as soon as the item is dispatched from Niches’ warehouse. Items under 30kg will be shipped using a parcel courier. With the phone number or email provided, the courier will text or email on the day of delivery with a time slot in which the parcel will be delivered. If this time is not convenient for yourself, you are able to speak to the courier and rearrange the timing. Any items on a courier service will be received the next working day when ordered before 14:00pm, orders after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Items over 30kg will be delivered using a white glove two-man delivery team. The white glove team will contact you within 3 days of your item being ordered to arrange a date and time manageable for both you and themselves. They will also arrange for your item to be delivered in the room of choice. Items will be checked and signed for. If the items are damaged in any way they must be signed for a damaged and we must be notified of the damage immediately.Items over 30kg aim to be delivered within 2-7 working days.

Tracking details will be sent on a dispatch email to the email address provided in the login on Niches website.

Please note: Niches will only deliever to the address provided by yourself.

Returns

If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your item, you are able to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the item is unused, free of defects, placed in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. A full refund will be given for the product only. Shipping costs’ will not be refunded.

Please contact us via telephone or email within 30-day period of your item being purchased. The details needed for the return procedure are: Order number and address. Once these details are correspondent with the items bought we will issue you a refund either same or next working day once the item is returned back to us.
