Delivery information:

• Once dispatched, all tracking numbers will be given to yourself. We usually deliver within 1-15 working days. The office will contact you to pre-arrange a date with yourself via email or telephone.
• Once confirmed the date, we will give yourself an estimated time of arrival. We use a premium white glove two-man delivery team. We will provide you with the driver’s number if you need to contact them beforehand. However, the drivers will give you a call approximately 1 hour before they are scheduled to arrive to confirm someone is home to inspect and sign for your item.
• The item will be unpackaged and inspected by yourself or a family member to assure there are no issues/flaws in this product and you are 100% happy.
• All items will be delivered to the hallway of your home. If you would like this item taking upstairs this is an additional £20. The drivers will take the item into your room of choice.
