Delivery addresses

Niches only deliver to mainland England. We do not ship to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey & Guernsey, Europe or other countries. However, we are working towards delivering in these areas in the future! If you have purchased from the above destinations, your order will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded. If you are located in the above areas, you are able to organise your own collection without an issue. If you email or telephone us, one of our friendly staff will be more than happy to help!

Item’s under 30kg

All items are given a tracking number as soon as the item is dispatched from Niches’ warehouse. In stock items under 30kg will be shipped using a parcel courier. With the phone number or email provided, the courier will text or email on the day of delivery with a time slot in which the parcel will be delivered. If this time is not convenient for yourself, you are able to speak to the courier and rearrange the timing. Any items on a courier service aim to be dispatched the same day and put on a next working day delivery when ordered before 14:00pm, orders after this time aim to be dispatched the following working day, unless otherwise stated on the listing. If you require Saturday delivery, please email or telephone as this is also an option for an additional surcharge.

Items over 30kg

Items over 30kg will be delivered using a white glove two-man delivery team. We aim to dispatch large items within 2 days of full payment. Items over 30kg aim to be delivered within 5-10 working days. The white glove team will contact you via email or telephone once your order has been assigned a date. Please note, we will not send out large deliveries unless confirmed by customer that someone will be home to sign and inspect for the item. On the date of delivery, you will receive a phone call or text around an hour prior to arrival to save anyone waiting in all day for their delivery. They will also arrange for your item to be delivered into your hallway. Items can be delivered to a room of choice for an additional fee (Please call in advance to arrange this.) Items will be checked and signed for. If the items are damaged in any way they must be signed for a damaged and we must be notified of the damage immediately.  Please note, for item’s over 30kg the following postcode’s will incur a delivery surcharge, please email with your postcode for a price.AB, DD, FK 18-21, IV, KW, KY, PA above 19, PH above 7, CF, SA, NP, LL, LD, SY, PL, EX, TA,TQ and TR.


Please note once your item has been assembled (should your item need assembly) we are unable to exchange your item unless your item develops a technician or structural issue. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your item, you are able to return the product within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the item is unused, free of defects, placed in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition, the buyer will be liable for returning this item, we do advice using a trackable service as we can not be responsible if the parcel does go missing. If a buyer refuses a delivery for any other reason that the item is broken (customer will not be charged for a broken item All visible damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item and must have the original packaging), they will be charged per item refused. A full refund will be given for the product only. Shipping costs’ will not be refunded. Please contact us via telephone or email within 30-day period of your item being purchased. The details needed for the return procedure are: Order number and address. Once these details are correspondent with the items bought, we will issue you a refund either same or next working day once the item is returned back to us
